Kelly Bordley, the mother of santiago's youngest daughter, has over 20 years experience in Customer Service, Sales , Marketing, PublicRelations and a Degree in Business Management.. As the Managing Member and CEO of M and H Pallets, she prides herself in customer satisfaction. Through her deligence in Quality Assurance, her priority is customer aquisition and retention. Not only will she speak with each new client in regard to their situation, problem. Kelly also identifies customers needs and make sure their satisfied. She then checks back with each client once they have used our product to ensure we got the right pallet to get the job done.
Our Foreman, Jose Paredes , is Santiagos Nephew. Jose has been working in pallet yards since he was a teenager. He focuses on quality and not quantity when working with his crew. He instills a since of pride in each of his workers; motivating them to give us 100%. He personally visits the site where each new client will be using our pallets in order to ensure that we get them the best type of pallets to economically fit the clients needs.
Laquiesha Goshen, our Accountant, brings accurate and timeliness to both Accounts Payable and Recievables. She is the point of contact for all billing issues and makes sure that we are able to process billing both electronically and in hard copy. Rather you will be paying with cash, credit card ACH or invoice, Laquiesha will ensure the accuracy of all billing. She is here to answer questions no matter what time of day we have them.
With 14 laborers working on both new and recycled pallets, we are one of the largest staffed facilities in Las Vegas. Combined, our staff brings over 50 years of experience in the creation of pallets. We have the ability to push out any size order and retain a bank of independent contractors when we have deadlines to meet.
